Open items to confirm: tile install start date (~8/10) is estimated, not stated in the source timeline — confirm with the tile sub. Cabinets arrive 8/21, only ~3 days before install on 8/24, which is a tight buffer if delivery slips. Countertop install (9/16) is tentative per the original document. Electrician under/in-cabinet lighting requires all cabinets (lower and upper) fully set, not just countertops.
